Our Return Policy

Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy. Shop items returned within 30 days, accompanying a receipt, and in sellable condition are eligible for in-store credit. Floral arrangements and plants are nonrefundable. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. Our Shipping Policy

Nonperishable shop goods are mailed standard shipping, 5-8 business days, through FedEx at a flat rate of $15. Orders may be expedited when placed before 1 PM for an additional fee of $25. All floral arrangements require next business day priority shipping to ensure customers receive stunning and fresh orders.

Local Delivery

We offer same-day delivery for orders shipped to items within 15 miles of our shop. Please note orders placed after 10 am will be delivered the next business day.
